Fargo Post 400 Legion baseball teams are sponsored by the Fargo Metro Baseball Association (FMBA), a 501(c)(3) organization registered in the state of North Dakota. Fargo Metro Baseball Association participates in charitable gaming to help raise funds for the program and our youth baseball participants. Financial records including charitable gaming results are public record and also can be provided upon request to the Treasurer.

Any complaints must be raised to a board member in writing, and will be disclosed to the board within 7 days and discussed by the board at the earliest opportunity. Notice of final disposition of the complaint will be presented to the board and the persons involved in the complaint within ninety (90) days, and made available upon request for other parties.
