Fargo Post 400 Astros Defeats Ottawa Knights 16U in High-Scoring Affair

Both offenses were strong in Fargo Post 400 Astros 9-6 victory over Ottawa Knights 16U.
 
Fargo Post 400 Astros got on the board in the first inning when Cayden Neuharth doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring two runs.
 
Ottawa Knights 16U scored three runs in the fourth inning.
 
Elijah Claus was the winning pitcher for Fargo Post 400 Astros. The righty surrendered zero runs on one hit over one inning, walking zero.  Chase Lura threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
 
Alex Lanthier took the loss for Ottawa Knights 16U. The pitcher allowed two hits and three runs over three innings, striking out five and walking one.
 
Brayden Okum started the game for Ottawa Knights 16U. Okum went four innings, allowing six runs on eight hits and striking out eight Owen Shannon started the game for Fargo Post 400 Astros. Shannon lasted three innings, allowing one hit and two runs while striking out four
 
Jackson Amerman led Fargo Post 400 Astros with two hits in five at bats.
