Stars win both against Iowa Great Lakes Okobojis

Game 1 - Two Pitchers Team Up as Fargo Post 400 Stars Defeats Iowa Great Lakes Okobojis in Shut-Out
 
Fargo Post 400 Stars defeated Iowa Great Lakes Okobojis 15-0 on Saturday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Colby Hanson induced a double-play from #13 to finish off the game.
 
Easton Rerick led Fargo Post 400 Stars to victory by driving in six runs.  Rerick went 3-for-4 at the plate.  Rerick drove in runs on a home run in the third, a double in the fourth, and a triple in the fifth.
 
In the first inning, Fargo Post 400 Stars got their offense started.  Jaxon Beiswenger doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.
 
Fargo Post 400 Stars put up five runs in the fifth inning.  Fargo Post 400 Stars's big bats in the inning were led by singles by Matt Bryant and Jobe Freier and a triple by Rerick.
 
A single by #20 in the fourth inning was a positive for Iowa Great Lakes Okobojis.
 
Drew Rerick was on the hill for Fargo Post 400 Stars. The fireballer went three innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits and striking out seven.

Fargo Post 400 Stars got things moving in the first inning.  Jaxon Beiswenger grounded out, scoring one run.
 
Fargo Post 400 Stars scored seven runs in the fourth inning.  The offensive onslaught by Fargo Post 400 Stars was led by Beiswenger, Drew Rerick, Evan Erickson, Logan Sullivan, Grant Matter, and  Oliver Lucht, who each had RBIs in the inning.
 
Jake Jaroszewski earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Fargo Post 400 Stars. The lefthander surrendered one run on two hits over three innings, striking out five.  Carsen Barta threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Erickson made the most plays with  nine.
