Astros Lose Both in Lisbon

Post 400 Astros Falls to Lisbon, ND in Low-Scoring Affair (GAME 1)
Both teams were strong on the mound on Wednesday, but Lisbon was just a little bit stronger at the plate in a victory over the Astros on Wednesday. Ashton Rinas started the game for Post 400 and recorded 22 outs.
A double by Chase Lura in the second inning was a positive for Post 400..
Jordyn Bittner was on the hill for Lisbon. Bittner surrendered zero runs on one hit over two and two-thirds innings, striking out two and walking one.
Rinas started the game for Post 400. The righthander lasted seven and a third innings, allowing eight hits and one run while striking out five and walking one.
Lura went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Fargo in hits.
Wyatt Olson led Lisbon with two hits in three at bats.
Fargo Loses Lead Early in Defeat (GAME 2)
Post 400 Astros watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 4-1 loss to Lisbon on Thursday.  Lisbon took the lead on a single in the first inning.
In the first inning, Lisbon got their offense started.  Grady singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Elliot took the win for Lisbon. The bulldog allowed zero hits and zero runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out one.
Calvin Jungling toed the rubber for Fargo. Jungling lasted one and two-thirds innings, allowing three hits and three runs while striking out one.  Kane Mathiason threw two and a third innings out of the bullpen.
Jace Hanson started the game for Lisbon, ND. The ace surrendered one run on zero hits over three innings, striking out one and walking one
Ethan Doll led Post 400 with one run batted in. Doll went 0-for-1 on the day.  Fargo was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Blake McCarthy had the most chances in the field with three.
